so, i was browsing imdb earlier and found this comment about who other than the hottest guy ever.  it's in reference to the pilot the wb has planned for aquaman:

"Buzz in Hollywood is that Alan wasn't sure he wanted to do the series. Apparently he has better foresight than the WB producers to see that the show would probably ruin his career.

I'm GLAD he won't be doing it...I wanna see this guy grow as an actor and do better material than WB.

VERY interesting...from the interviews I've read, Alan seems like a smart guy...I agree with his decision. 

Came across Current TV's listings (www.current.tv) ...and Alan's listed as their "Current Hottie!!"

so i recorded the AWESOME episode alan did on smallville, and i've watched it i dunno how many times.  and i am pondering today my admiration for alan.  the way he was on ai3 and they totally portrayed him as some party animal...i hated that...but i can't believe how he's really working on his own to make a career for himself...not depending on some stupid reality show to get him a free ticket to nowhere, ya KNOW?

i read his bio on his website and it seems that we are on the same page when it comes to ai3...he knows it was a good opportunity, but he also knows that it's not the way to go in order to have a long-lived career. 

i can't wait to watch this guy's career unfold!!!!!!!!

Alan's Smallville episode titled "Aqua" is airing October 20th on the WB! Get your TiVo's and VCR's ready! Apparently Arthur Curry (aka Aquaman) is a student at the University of Miami majoring in Marine Biology.  He cares a ton about the sea and tries to teach Clark that he should use his powers on a more global level.  Arthur also has a fling with Lois Lane!

Alan is officially cast as Smallville's "Aquaman"!!! He will be filming for the WB in Vancouver in the next few weeks and the episode will be out later in the season! (The episode's name is "Aqua")
